·         This is not a contract of sale. Contract of sale will be completed on delivery.

·         Buy online price is not valid in dealerships.

·         If finance is required, a Finance representative will contact you within 24 hours to arrange application, terms and decision. Further paperwork is required for finance which may delay delivery beyond 72 hours.

·         Customers must live within 100km of an OzCar dealership to guarantee our 72 hour delivery promise. Distances over 100 km may require extra time to deliver. 72 delivery promises excludes public holidays.

·        All online trade in valuations are subject to correct information such as emake, exact model & variant, km's , damage, repair estimates, etc. Trade ins can not be a repairable write off, had a major insurance claim, be listed as stolen or had speedo tampering. All trade in prices are subject to viewing and testing vehicle.

·         Trade encumberance must be confirmed in writing with a 7 day payout. It is the customers responsibility to provide this written payout from the financier

·         Upon delivery customers must:

-          Provide Drivers Licence, medicare card and 100 points of ID.

-          Provide trade in registration papers.

-          Sign contract for sale.

-          Organise their own insurance.

-          If not financed, a bank cheque for the total balance owing must be provided.

-          If financed, all finance documents must be signed and all required information provided.

·         7 day return policy for any reason providing the car purchased online:

-          Has not travelled over 250km.

-          Is in the same condition as when delivered.

-          Is returned to an OzCar dealership with 7 days of taking delivery (includes weekends and public holidays).

·         If you return the car within 7 days all money’s less the delivery fee will be returned to you via bank transfer within 48 hours.
