Terms and Conditions

1. To enter, consumers must, during the Promotional Period, check the Australian Fleet Sales website or phone to see if you have won the prize.
2. You do not need to buy a car to enter.
3. 1- 50,000 chance of winning. (only 50,000 letters sent out)
4. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
5. Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years or older except directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families.
6. The promotion commences on the 14/7/2008 and finishes at 5 p.m. 31/7/2008 (Total Promotional Period).
7. Winner must notify Promoter during the Promotion by 5 pm 31/7/08. Entries received after 5 p.m. 31/7/08 will not be eligible for the draw.
8. The $1,000 will be issued as a cheque.
9. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion, the entry will be discarded and a new winner will be determined by drawing a further valid entry. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
11. In the event the prize is not accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draws necessary at 9am 3 months after each drawn is done at the same location as the original draw, in order to distribute the prize. This will be up on the website or phone to see if you have won.
12. Original letter with winning number must be shown to collect prize.
