Terms and Conditions.

• To enter, consumers must, during the Promotional Period, come into any one of the Australian Fleet Sales Dealerships and fill out the registration form in full and place it in the Promotion Barrel or SMS (send your trade in details via sms) or PHONE (get your car valued over the phone) or ONLINE (get your car valued thru our website).
• You do not need to buy a car to register.
• Only one registration per person if no Trade-in Valuation is completed. If a Trade-in Valuation is completed you will receive 2 entries into the draw.
• By filling in this entry form you accept our Terms & Conditions and will be automatically subscribed to our weekly specials and upcoming sales events. To unsubscribe reply to the email/SMS or call 9794 2500 Customer Service during business hours.
• Entry is open to Australian residents 18 years or older except directors, management and employees of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with the promotion and their immediate families.
• The promotion commences on the 1st January 2011 and finishes at 5 p.m. 31st December 2011 (Promotional Period).
• Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Entries received after 5 p.m. 31st December 2011 will not be eligible for the draw.
• Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
• The draw will take place at noon on 6th January 2012 at 229 Hume Hwy Lansvale. The first correctly completed entry form drawn will win $10,000.
• The $10,000 is not redeemable for cash. It will be issued as a cheque.
• The winner will be notified by phone and will be published on our website www.australianfleetsales.com.au
• If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion, the entry will be discarded and a new winner will be determined by drawing a further valid entry. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize.
• In the event the prize is not accepted or claimed within 3 months of the draw, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draws necessary at noon on 6th March 2012 at the same location as the original draw, in order to distribute the prize.

What ever the above reason, we want you to be happy about your purchase from us or we’ll take it back. Providing the vehicle is in the same condition as when it left within 30 days, and it has not travelled more than 1500km since the original purchase, we’ll take it back.
